When we look at ourselves as an expression of the universe, we know that we are the creator of what we experience here… and we live in full acceptance of what is… but we can make fundamental changes to how we treat ourselves, which creates vibrational change for the universe…

We create subconscious muscle tension by repetition…
these are our habits…
We are born to subconscious muscle tension patterns…
these are genetic…
Genetics… are habits… which create subconscious muscle tension…
Subconscious muscle tension creates unhealthy circulation…
To become aware of subconscious muscle tension, and know
we can release it…
is to make available the energy & innate intelligence that is
effortlessly ours…
We have a hardening in our human race, a way of being that separates us from nature, that holds us off the earth, that limits our ability to be comfortable and that allows us to cause discomfort to animals, and take action that hurts us and the earth.
We are born from this hardening, creating our own hardened internal environment within a hardened external environment, and we are taught to distract ourselves… perpetuating this as a way of living… this hardening is subconscious muscle tension.
In Maia Movement we begin to release the control we hold ourselves under… we remember our freedom that no one can take… freedom only we can give away… we become softer.
Internal Environment
This is our truth… we can dress our external environment up to look anyway we choose, we can use clothing, chemical products or medical procedures, we can use energy to present a facade to the world… but our truth is inside our skin, our internal environment and the range of motion we have.
Our range of motion is limited by subconscious muscle tension.
Where there is subconscious muscle tension… there is both limited range of motion and pulling out of alignment… there is limited circulation & circulation that is moving too quickly… this is integrated with our nervous system, heart rate, blood thickness, emotions, mental health… and once we have subconscious muscle tension, our nervous system is locked in survival mode & our nervous system (subconsciously) layers tensions on top of tensions to try to keep afloat.
We live with pain, illness, inflammation, degradation, mental health issues, labels, diagnosis, expectations, repetition…
External Environment… what we create/attract = is a response to our internal environment.
Where we have subconscious muscle tension… we have a being at war… our muscles are overriding our bones…
We experience living in a way that informs us of how we are treating ourselves… more often than not, there is a focus here on the negative experiences… and these are our messages that we have a hardness within us that we are perpetuating (repeating behaviors) or ignoring (pretending everything is ok).
Repeating behaviors, or perpetuating hardness is to continue doing what has always been done. You may choose a different expression for the behavior… but on principle, if you are ‘doing’, you are not being.
Ignoring the hardness, by focusing on the positives… by directing energy to the good bits…
Being busy to distract us from how we are treating ourselves… to create a facade for the world to be impressed by…
Energy flows where attention goes… so to direct energy into positive thinking, is to drain energy from the emotional – physical – spiritual selves… it is to unbalance what should be a dynamically integrated being…
a dynamically integrated being is in harmony
psychologically – emotionally – physically – spiritually
Focusing on the positives is unbalanced, this is a space of oblivion… and here refinements/change are not needed. We become numb to what is required to improve our quality of living…
Living in JOY… in the present moment is freedom…
In-joy grief… it means a story of love has ended
In-joy love… for it is here and now…
In-joy depression… it holds the energy of needed self-care
In-joy anger… it is energy to get you living your purpose
In-joy confusion… you are doing things in a new way
In-joy exhaustion… you now know you have been treating yourself poorly… which means you can treat yourself better
In-joy pain… you are in a position to choose a better way for yourself
In-joy your hardness… you have behaved as ‘you should have’, you have been a good human in the society/culture in which we live… and this is your power to bring back to honoring yourself
In-joy your darkness… to bring this energy forward is is to supercharge your light (it is also such an important part of survival should you ever need it).
In-joy… for all of your life has been your creation… it has brought you the messages you needed, you are your own master creator… be proud of what you have created as this is how you recognise your power to create something different.
